The Westralia Square Story
The vision for Westralia Square began during Perth’s commercial expansion of the late 1980s, when the site was planned as a landmark mixed-use commercial precinct on the western end of St Georges Terrace. Completed in 1991, Westralia Square established the precinct as a significant commercial address within Perth CBD.
As the city evolved, so too did Westralia Square. The transformation of the surrounding precinct through developments such as Brookfield Place and Elizabeth Quay reinforced its position within Perth’s western CBD. More than 30 years later, the completion of WS2 marked the next stage in the site’s evolution, introducing a new generation of sustainable office design while building on the original vision for the precinct.
